So good!…A traction to sauté with chopped onion and diced potatoes(remove the skin of course) add some salt and pepper and onion and garlic(powder, not salt) add crushed red pepper flakes…cook till the consistency of “hash,(slightly crispy around edges. Great with fried egg over the top or on the side.
