Packages are shipped out only on Mondays and Tuesdays to guarantee arrival prior to the weekend. Allow at least 24 hours to process your order. Orders are custom built and need proper handling to secure integrity upon arrival.
Order on Sunday by 9 a.m. EST – your order will ship on Monday.
Order on Monday by 9 a.m. EST – your order will ship on Tuesday.
Order on Tuesday – Saturday – your order will ship on Monday.
To ensure flavor is best when your products arrive at your door step, each shipment that leaves our production facility is shipped via UPS either 2-day air or Ground Shipping, depending on your location. All of our refrigerated products are shipped in an insulated cooler with ice packs to protect them from the elements. Please note, to ensure product freshness and to avoid packages sitting at shipping facilities, we ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Most products are packed in insulated cooler boxes.
- All refrigerated products are frozen and packed with ice packs.
- We include shipping & handling, along with packaging material costs, in final shipping costs.
- Upon arrival we recommend freezing all items until you plan on using them.
Packages will be left at exterior doors.
Our service providers do not telephone before delivery, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Srodek shipments are perishable, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute the cooler. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
